Mo:Dem Festival 2024 will be held from 5 to 11 August 2024. 

Priority Access tickets will go on sale on the 27 September 2023 at 10:00 CEST. 

There will be a limited number of Campervan Passes available for the Priority Access sale. 

Regular online ticket sale is on the 4 October 2023 at 10:00 CEST.

Gates open at 12:00 on Saturday 3 August 2024 and close at the same time on Monday 12 August 2024. 

Music starts Monday 5 August in the evening and ends Sunday 11 August in the evening. Exact times will be released closer to the event date.

Yes camping is included in your festival ticket.

Unfortunately name changes are not possible. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. Do not buy tickets directly from people as you cannot enter the festival with a ticket that is not in your name.  

We do not accept written mandates with copies of IDs or passports to transfer personalised tickets.

Yes, you can request a refund in your Mo:Dem:Space account. 

Refund requests are allowed for all ticket types – Festival Tickets, Locker Tickets, Campervan Passes, Mo:Dem Express Tickets and Permansio Shuttles. 

Completed refund request forms and refund cancellations for 2024 tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2024.

The pace of refunded ticket payments depends on achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets. Refunded tickets will go on sale in June 2024.

Refunds are not possible for tickets bought in the June 2024 resale phase.

E-ticket refunds will be processed from the 1st of June 2024 onwards. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until the 30th of June 2024.

The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order.

Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.

Campervan Passes will be available for purchase  in the October 2023 sale.

There will be a resale of refunded Campervan Passes in June 2024.

Only one Campervan Pass is allowed per vehicle.

You do not need a Campervan Pass per person in that vehicle, just for the vehicle itself.

There is a limit of 1 Campervan Pass per order.

Campervan Passes cannot be reassigned for the 2024 edition. 

You will have another opportunity to buy a Campervan Pass in the resale in June 2024.

No, without a Campervan Pass access with your vehicle  is not possible.

Below is a breakdown of the types of vehicles allowed and not allowed.

ALLOWED

– Caravans, Campervans, Motorhomes.

– Converted live in vans – must be permanently converted.

– Vehicles with rooftop tents – permanently installed. 

– Trailer tents towed by a vehicle – vehicle will be parked in and unable to leave the campervan area during the festival.

NOT ALLOWED

– Vehicles with no conversions or mobile home installations.

– Vehicles with the seats down and a mattress.

– Vehicles with a ground tent on top of the roof.

– Vans/Caddys with only a mattress inside and no other mobile home installations.

– Ground tents of any kind

Completed refund request forms and refund cancellations for Campervan Passes must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2024. No late refund requests will be accepted. 

Campervan Passes cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

If you decide to come with a Campervan after the Campervan Passes are sold out, you will have the opportunity to buy a Campervan Pass in the June 2024 Resale.

Bookings for dates and times will open closer to the event date.

No, currently Mo:Dem Express only operates from Zagreb to the Festival location and back and to Drop Festival.

The Permansio Shuttle operates to and from multiple cities, you can book these tickets on Mo:Dem Shop. 

If you would like to travel from a different location you can also book via a local bus service (getbybus.com or Flixbus).

Yes, tickets for the arrival and return are sold separately on Mo:Dem Shop.

Upon arrival at the festival your e-tickets are only valid in combination with a valid ID or passport. Your ID or passport must match the name on your e-ticket.

We do not accept a written mandate to transfer personalised tickets.

What do I do if I have lost or misplaced my ticket, don’t know the status of my ticket, can’t login to Mo:Dem:Space or my email address has changed?
