Is my Mo:Dem Festival 2020 ticket valid for 2021 event?

As the festival is rescheduled, and not canceled, tickets for Mo:Dem 2020 will be valid for Mo:Dem 2021. The tickets purchased for the 2020 event will be automatically transferred for the 2021 event.

The organisation will issue new tickets for the 2021 event within a reasonable time.

All previous refund requests have been cancelled. The new refund request form is being sent to the ticket buyer's email. If you did not receive it please email us – [email protected]

Mo:Dem Festival tickets are personalised with valid name and surname. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

Can I request a refund for my ticket and how can I do it?

Every ticket holder has the option to request a refund. The new refund request form will be sent to the ticket buyer's email. 

If you do not receive your email by the 24 April 2020, please email us.

If your email has changed please email us - [email protected]

Due to the current situation, we were forced to make additional changes to our refund policy and payment dates.

Ticket holders are obligated to complete a new refund form even if they have already applied for a refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. The pace and scope of refunded ticket payments depend on the achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets.

What do I do if I have; lost or misplaced my ticket; don’t know the status of my ticket; my email address has changed or I didn't personalised my ticket yet?

Please email us at [email protected] with your name, surname and email address that you used to purchase your ticket.

 

If I did not buy a ticket this year, will there still be tickets available for 2021?

We will still be selling tickets for the 2021 edition as there will always be a portion of people who are unable to attend and request a refund.

The number of tickets on sale will depend on how many people request a refund.

Currently, the first round of ticket sales for the 2021 edition is expected to be launched in September 2020.

I am not sure yet if I can make it to the 2021 edition, what do you suggest I do with my ticket?

It is impossible to say at this point how many tickets will go back on sale for them to be available for purchase for the next edition, if you think you have even a small chance of coming we suggest you keep your ticket for now.

In order for us to determine how many tickets we can put back on sale, we need to know how many people need refunds for the 2020 edition. We have set a deadline for 31 May 2020 for these refund requests.

However, the refund option will remain available for those that choose to keep their ticket for the rescheduled event and in meantime receive a new ticket for the 2021 edition. Refund requests received after the deadline mentioned above will be processed within updated terms & conditions which we will release in a reasonable time.

 

If I purchased refund protection via Booking Protect on Hadra Shop, where do I request a refund and am I covered for the pandemic?

If you purchased the booking protection when buying your ticket you are covered under certain conditions for your refund to be granted.

Please note that Mo:Dem's refund fee of 25€ is separate from the ticket insurance sold by Paylogic's Booking Protect. As Paylogic has a different policy to Mo:Dem refund policy.

Their system works with special conditions you have to meet in order for your refund request to be accepted. If you are not able to meet these requirements you are welcome to request a refund from us, note though that 25€ will be deducted from your refunded ticket amount - [email protected]

With regards to the pandemic here is a document from Booking Protect explaining in what ways you are covered for your insurance to pay out.

 

What can I do if I didn't personalise my ticket yet?

If you haven't personalised your ticket yet, you have until the 31st May 2020 to do so. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Once you personalise your ticket(s) you can decide to transfer them for the rescheduled event or request a refund.

If you don't personalise your ticket within the provided deadline, you will be issued a voucher to the value that you paid for each ticket bought. The voucher is not a ticket and it's valid for a limited time.

Once you received the voucher you can choose from the following options:

a) You can use the voucher to purchase a ticket for 2021 or 2022 edition of Mo:Dem Festival.
b) You can request a refund, however, this option will be available only until 31 May 2021.
