If you can’t find your festival, lockers or express tickets, don’t panic or waste your time writing to us. Here is the answer. At MO:DEM:SPACE PORTAL you can view, download and manage the tickets you already purchased. Please use the email address that you used when you purchased the ticket / HERE /
Note that festival tickets are personalised with name and surname and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. A person cannot enter the festival with a ticket that is not in their own name.
CAMPERVAN PASS RE-ASSIGN DEADLINE EXTENDED
Only Campervan Passes can be re-assigned, because the deadline for re-assigning Campervan Passes has been extended from 28th of July to 3rd of August 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
You can re-assign your Campervan Pass within the Mo:DemSpace portal:
1. Log In to Mo:Dem:Space.
2. Find your Campervan Pass in the list of orders click “Manage”.
3. Change the name & email address to the person you want to transfer the pass to.
4. Select the ticket box that says “Re-assign ticket”.
5. Click “Next Step” and on the next page “Update”.
MO:DEM EXPRESS TICKETS SOLD OUT
Mo:Dem Express tickets are sold out.
Important reminder to select your date and time for your Mo:Dem Express ticket if you have not already. Note that bookings close TONIGHT (23:59 CEST).
If you still need to book your transport you can contact our transport partner PERMANSIO for transfers directly from airports or cities.
