Hello Modemheads,
As the date for Mo:Dem Festival approaches, there are more important dates in the calendar that we would like to remind you of. The refund request deadline is the most important one, at least for all of you that cannot make it to this year’s edition. You have less than two weeks left, please respect this rule as no late refund requests will be accepted.
- Completed refund request forms for 2023 tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2023. No late refund requests will be accepted.
- You can request a refund online via Mo:Dem:Space.
- You can re-assign a ticket to another person’s account to allow them to manage their own ticket and apply for their own refund in the Mo:Dem:Space portal.
- E-ticket refunds have started being processed. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until the 30th of June 2023 or longer.
- If we have started to process your refund you can no longer cancel your refund request.
- You can check your refund status in Mo:Dem:Space.
- Note that all ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 25€ due to administrative costs, as is specified in our Terms and Conditions.
- The shop booking fee is not refundable.
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
CAMPERVAN PASSES
Campervan Passes are not refundable. To make things easier we’ve decided to allow Campervan Pass holders who no longer require their pass to “REQUEST A VOUCHER” to the value of the pass for future purchases within Mo:Dem Shop.
REMINDER: Only one Campervan Pass is needed per vehicle. You do not need a Campervan Pass per person in that vehicle, just for the vehicle itself.
If you do not need your pass anymore we encourage you to request a voucher sooner rather than later in order for everybody to have an opportunity to utilise the Campervan areas and plan their trip within a reasonable time.

JUNE TICKET RESALE
- Resale of refunded tickets will go on-line at 10:00 CET on 7th June 2023.
- Ticket price for Mo:Dem Festival 2023 is 270€ including booking fee.
- Tickets will be sold on a “first-come-first-go” basis only through the official Mo:Dem Shop. Ambassadors will not be selling tickets.
- Do not buy tickets from other sources, as invalid tickets will not be allowed entry into the festival site.
- Refunds are not possible for any tickets bought in the June 2023 resale phase.
