We’re still on location, busy with packing and cleaning. This process will take another 3 weeks. It warms my heart to read all your amazing comments!
Mo:Dem has been around for over 10 years now. It’s had its ups and downs, but this year I believe we did an incredible job.
After personally reading every single email and poll answer from the 2023 edition, we’ve invested a huge amount of time and effort into fixing every single problem at the festival.
The sound system, decor, visuals, general infrastructure, toilets, and overall hygiene have all been significantly improved.
We’re blessed with one of the most beautiful natural venues, but it’s also incredibly challenging and requires a massive amount of work to create a functional event. Not many festivals need to build hundreds of sets of stairs, bridges, and pontoons. Maintaining all this infrastructure is extremely time-consuming.
We’ll always remain an underground event with space for new artists to showcase their talent. We’ll never stop pushing the boundaries of art, decor, and visuals. And we’ll always keep it psychedelic, without any cheesy music.
Huge love and thanks to every crew member (I won’t tag anyone as it’s over 300 people!), every worker, every toilet and eco-team member, every artist, VJ, DJ, and visitor for making this crazy gathering possible. Mo:Dem is the one week of the year when we can truly immerse ourselves in music and dance.
