We encourage you to use public transport wherever possible. If you’re driving and you have a spare space in your vehicle, think about offering a ride to a fellow Modemhead.

Mo:Dem Express & Permansio Shuttle tickets will be launched in April 2027.

Mo:Dem Express
This transport option will leave from the Festival location to Zagreb Airport and back. Tickets are sold separately for either direction on Mo:Dem Shop.

On the way to the festival, all departures between 10:00 and 19:00 will stop at the King Cross Center in Zagreb, where there is a supermarket and a Decathlon store.

Permansio Shuttles

On the way to the festival a stop will be made at a camping shop and a supermarket (Except on 05.08.2027 as it is a national holiday and all shops are closed.).

Public transport
There are bus services operating daily from all major cities to Slunj.
Good websites to book your online bus tickets are Traveling.com or Flixbus.
The closest cities to the festival that you can fly to are Zagreb and Zadar.

Gates open at 12:00 on Saturday 31st July 2027 and close at 18:00 on Monday 9th August 2027. 

Campervan and camping areas must be vacated by 9th August 2027 at 18:00.

Music starts Monday 2nd August in the evening and ends Sunday 8th August in the evening. Exact times will be released closer to the event date.

According to the Croatian tourist law, each attendee is required to pay a tourist tax of 1,50€ per day of stay. This can be paid upon arrival at the entrance to the festival.

Please prepare the exact change to avoid long queues and to ensure a fast and smooth entrance to the festival.

Shuttle bus Slunj – Mo:Dem – Slunj drives up to seven times per day for 5€ per ride. Operational from Saturday 31st July from 12:00 until Monday 9th August.

Slunj- Festival shuttle bus departs at the main bus stop, next to the big supermarket and big parking lot.

Shuttle times will be released closer to the event date.

Festival shuttles are operating constantly between the gates and camping area entrances. You can load your camping gear and luggage on the bus. You will only need to carry your stuff from the camping entrance to your chosen camping spot.

Children aged 14 years and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or a legal guardian.

Parents need to register their children  with following information: child’s name, surname and date of birth; parents address and contact number; next of kin & emergency contact information (name and phone number).

It’s worth bringing an official document if the child looks older than 14 years.

Please note that for their safety, children without ear protection are not allowed on the dance floor. Also we recommend that children under the age of 2 do not attend the event.

You can register your child by completing this google form.

Depending on the arrival direction, you can enter the festival through the Slunj or Ogulin gate. Parking located right next to the gate is the final destination for your car.

Car parking will be made possible only to visitors with a valid festival ticket.

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

All car parking is not pre-designated and will be allocated on arrival at our discretion.

Any vehicle left on site past the given deadline will be removed and scrapped. All reasonable efforts will be made by Mo:Dem Festival to locate the owner and remove the vehicle before this takes place.

Mo:Dem Festival accepts no liability for costs incurred in the process of removal and disposal of vehicles. If a vehicle is stored beyond a given deadline, to facilitate collection any associated costs will be passed on to the legal owner.

Camping will be made possible only to visitors with a valid festival ticket. Camping is allowed only in the designated camping area through the duration of the festival.

It is forbidden to set up tents outside of the fenced area of the camp or restricted areas of the festival camp.

Unregistered people and anyone without a valid festival camping wristband cannot enter the festival campsite and campers are not allowed to escort such individuals onto the festival campsite.

You cannot camp next to your car. Camping is separate from the parking area.

A Campervan Pass is needed in order to access the campervan areas, without this pass access is not possible. Each person in the campervan must have a valid festival ticket.

Cars are not deemed as live-in vehicles. Only converted live-in vans, campervans, caravans or trailer tents are classed as live-in vehicles.

Below is a breakdown of the types of vehicles allowed and not allowed. 
It is your responsibility to check with the organisation before you arrive if the type of campervan you have qualifies for access to the campervan area.

ALLOWED

• Caravans, Campervans, Motorhomes.
• Converted live in vans – must be permanently converted.
• Vehicles with rooftop tents – permanently installed.
• Trailer tents towed by a vehicle – vehicles will be parked in and unable to leave the campervan area during the festival.

NOT ALLOWED

• Vehicles with no conversions or mobile home installations.
• Vehicles with the seats down and a mattress.
• Vehicles with a ground tent on top of the roof.
• Vans/Caddys with only a mattress inside and no other mobile home installations.
• Ground Tents of any kind

The rules above must be adhered to in order to gain access to the campervan areas with the correct type of vehicle. Mo:Dem Festival will not be held responsible if these rules are not abided by and therefore access is denied.

There are three designated campervan areas. Once you receive your accreditation at the gate you will be directed to one of them. You are not able to choose which area you will camp in, allocation is on a first come, first serve basis. The campervan area is about a 10 minute walk to The Swamp stage.

Campervan entry will be closed from 23:00 until 08:00. If you arrive during these times you will need to wait at the festival entrance until the morning to be directed to the camper areas.

No tents may be erected in the campervan parking areas for fire safety reasons. Stewards will park you in position, please follow their direction and keep fire lanes clear.

No trading is permitted from caravans or camper vans.

Toilets are provided in the campervan parking areas and we recommend that attendees use these toilets rather than their own chemical toilets. If you are using your own chemical toilet, please note you must take the waste away with you. There are no facilities for accepting chemical waste and it must not be poured into the compost toilets. It is illegal to pour this waste onto the ground, into a sump or stream and anyone found doing this will be evicted from site and face a fine from the Environment Agency.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate campervans / caravans in your preferred caravan parking area, Mo:Dem Festival reserves the right to provide alternative facilities if deemed necessary or in the event of adverse conditions.

All litter must be cleared from your pitch and put into bins provided or taken home with you.

There is no electrical hook up and generators are not permitted on site.

Security staff patrol the caravan parking and reserve the right to evict persons from the campervan field if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions.

It is strictly forbidden to build fires or barbecues anywhere on festival grounds and parking lots.

Small, portable camping gas cookers are allowed.

Gas cookers are allowed. Please do not leave it unmonitored.

The festival venue and camping are placed in the area with little to no mobile network signal. Be sure to send the message back home while you still have network connection.

Provided for free at designated areas across the festival site. Drinking water points are marked on our festival map

Look after yourselves and each other. In the event of an emergency do not hesitate to call for help. We have two First Aid points, one near The Hive and one by The Swamp stage. Psycare crew will be on duty 24/7 to provide you with help and advice if needed.

We welcome well-behaved and non-aggressive dogs to our event under the following conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, including your furry friends.

Requirements for Dogs:

• Behavior: Only dogs with a calm and friendly temperament are permitted. 
• Leash Requirement: All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. 
• Restricted Areas: Dogs are strictly prohibited in all dance floor areas and anywhere loud music is played. This is to protect their sensitive hearing and ensure the enjoyment of other attendees. 
• Waste Management: As a responsible owner, you are required to immediately clean up after your dog. Please bring your own waste bags.
• Weather : Please be aware that August in Croatia can experience very high temperatures. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog does not overheat. Provide access to fresh water at all times. Consider bringing a portable water bowl. Look for shaded areas for your dog to rest. If you notice signs of heatstroke (excessive panting, drooling, lethargy), please take your dog to a cooler area and seek assistance if needed.
• Supervision: Under no circumstances should you leave your dog unattended at any time during the event. You are solely responsible for your dog’s well-being and behavior.

By bringing your dog to the event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Event staff reserves the right to ask owners to remove their dogs if these guidelines are not followed or if the dog’s behavior is deemed disruptive, aggressive or unsafe.

We are all responsible for our own personal hygiene. All efforts are made by the organisation to provide you with the necessary tools for you to care for yourself. Washing your hands and having regular showers is the 1st step to personal wellbeing and health.

A conscious community is responsible for the natural environment. Clean up after yourself and leave this place in the same or a better state than how you found it. Please use rubbish bags and once full please close them and take them to the nearest collection point. Check the map for the one nearest your camping area. Nature is no place for rubbish and should not be used as a toilet.

Croatia has been part of the European Union since January 2023, therefore all official Mo:Dem Shops, restaurants and vendors will accept Euros.

There will be no foreign exchange offices on the venue.

There are no ATM’s at the festival venue. The nearest one is in the town of Slunj.

Only cash is accepted, no credit cards.

Lockers are providing safe, and secure space to store all your valuables while you dance the day away. Our service staff is there 24 hours a day for you and this way you have access to your valuables whenever you want!

The local market has the purpose to support the local community and provide you with authentic Croatian products. At the market you can find seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheese and milk products, honey, homemade cakes, etc.

The market includes a bakery shop with fresh breads, pastries etc, as well as a convenience store for all your basic needs.
