APPLY TO JOIN THE (DEMENTED) FAMILY!

Volunteering is a great way to get involved in the production and build-up of our Festival. Also, a great opportunity to get a taste of working behind the scenes, finding out how the things function and revealing the real essence of Mo:Dem.

Volunteering can be challenging, but it’s always rewarding. Over the years, volunteering programs have proven to be a great way to make new friends and discover future coworkers and colleagues.

We are in search of reliable and enthusiastic people who are keen to dedicate their time and energy to help us create one of the most unique psychedelic festivals on the planet. In exchange for your work, we hope to offer a fun and rewarding experience, through gaining new skills and meeting the demented family.

If you think volunteering at Mo:Dem Festival is for you, please complete our application form and we will be in touch. All of our current volunteering opportunities are listed below.

Deadline for submissions is 31st March 2023 at 23:59

To be considered for a volunteer role at Mo:Dem Festival, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid Mo:Dem Festival 2023 ticket.
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Be available to arrive at the festival site according to the requirements of the specific volunteering program you have applied for.
  • Be able to commit to the program for the allocated days.
  • Turn up to assigned shifts on time and in a fit state to carry out duties.
  • Be outgoing, have good communication skills and initiative.
  • Be responsible and take care while performing your duties.

NOTE: Volunteers are required to purchase a ticket in advance in order for us to ensure that they turn up on time and carry out the tasks delegated to them. In the past a number of applicants have accepted positions but then decided not to turn up or perform their duties. This puts unfair pressure on those who have turned up and taken their responsibilities seriously. By introducing this “safety net” measure we hope to make applicants think a little more carefully before submitting their application.

In exchange for participating in a volunteer program, you will receive:

  • Excellent on-site meals for the shifts you work.
  • Access to a dedicated volunteer campsite.
  • Help and support with anything whilst you are on site.
  • Upon successful completion of the volunteer program you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your Mo:Dem Festival 2023 ticket (excluding booking fee).
  • The opportunity to make great friends in one of the most magical settings on earth.

You will also have access to the following facilities for the duration of your volunteer program:
