Mo:Dem Festival 2027 will be held from 2nd to 8th August.
Gates open at 12:00 on Saturday 31st July 2027 and close at 18:00 on Monday 9th August 2027.
Music starts Monday 2nd August in the evening and ends Sunday 8th August in the evening. Exact times will be released closer to the event date.
Yes camping is included in your festival ticket.
Unfortunately name changes are not possible. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. Do not buy tickets directly from people as you cannot enter the festival with a ticket that is not in your name.
We do not accept written mandates with copies of IDs or passports to transfer personalised tickets.
Yes, you can request a refund in your Mo:Dem:Space account.
Mo:Dem Festival 2027 tickets are refundable.
Refund requests open on 15th January 2027 at 09:00 (CET)
Refund requests close on the 15th May 2027 at 23:59 (CEST)
Completed refund requests and refund cancellations must be received by 23:59 CEST on 15th May 2027. No late requests will be accepted.
Refund payments will be initiated from the 1st of June 2027 onwards. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until the 30th of June 2027 or longer.
Note that all festival ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 25 € due to administrative costs, as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Partially paid Payment Plan tickets are charged the full refund fee.
The booking fee is not refundable.
Use Mo:Dem:Space portal to manage your tickets: request a refund, resend the tickets, re-assign the ticket you purchased for a friend, etc.
If you have a ticket you purchased for a friend and they would like to request a refund with their own bank details you will need to first re-assign the ticket to them so they can manage the ticket and request the refund themselves. If you do not re-assign it to them, you can only request a refund with your own bank details.
If you reside outside of Europe but have a European bank account please provide your European bank account for your refund to avoid unnecessary bank charges.
Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.
The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order, unless they re-assign a ticket to a new customer.
Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.
Campervan Passes will be available for purchase in the September and October 2026 sale
Only one Campervan Pass is allowed per vehicle.
You do not need a Campervan Pass per person in that vehicle, just for the vehicle itself.
There is a limit of 1 Campervan Pass per order.
Campervan Passes cannot be reassigned.
No, without a Campervan Pass access with your vehicle is not possible.

It is your responsibility to check with the organisation before you arrive if the type of campervan you have qualifies for access to the campervan area.
Below is a breakdown of the types of vehicles allowed and not allowed.

ALLOWED
- Caravans, Campervans, Motorhomes.
- Converted live in vans – must be permanently converted.
- Vehicles with rooftop tents – permanently installed.
- Trailer tents towed by a vehicle – vehicles will be parked in and unable to leave the campervan area during the festival.
NOT ALLOWED
- Vehicles with no conversions or mobile home installations.
- Vehicles with the seats down and a mattress.
- Vehicles with a ground tent on top of the roof.
- Vans/Caddys with only a mattress inside and no other mobile home installations.
- Ground Tents of any kind
The Campervan Pass allows access to the campervan areas, without this pass access for vehicles is not possible.
Completed refund request forms and refund cancellations for Campervan Passes must be received by 23:59 CEST on 15th May 2027.
No late refund requests will be accepted.
Campervan Passes cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.
You can change the date and time in your Mo:Dem:Space portal.
- Login to Mo:Dem:Space (enter the email address that you registered on the ticket when you purchased it)
- Find your transport ticket in the list of orders click “Manage“
- Click “Choose Time” for the transport ticket
- Select your travel day and time from the drop down menu
- Click “Next Step” and on the next page “Update” and confirm your choice.
No, currently Mo:Dem Express only operates from Zagreb to the Festival location and back and to Drop Festival.
The Permansio Shuttle operates to and from multiple cities, you can book these tickets on Mo:Dem Shop.
If you would like to travel from a different location you can also book via a local bus service (getbybus.com or Flixbus).
Yes, tickets for the arrival and return are sold separately on Mo:Dem Shop.

Upon arrival at the festival your e-tickets are only valid in combination with a valid ID or passport. Your ID or passport must match the name on your e-ticket.
We do not accept a written mandate to transfer personalised tickets.
You can download your ticket directly from your Mo:Dem:Space account.
What do I do if I have lost or misplaced my ticket, don’t know the status of my ticket, can’t login to Mo:Dem:Space or my email address has changed?
