Mo:Dem Festival 2023 will be held from the 7 to 13 August 2023.

Tickets for the 2023 edition will go on sale on the 11 October 2022 online via Mo:Dem Shop and through our listed ambassadors.

Ticket price will be announced soon.

Unfortunately name changes are not possible. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. Do not buy tickets directly from people as you cannot enter the festival with a ticket that is not in your name. 

 

We do not accept written mandates with copies of IDs or passports to transfer personalised tickets.

Refund requests will be accepted from the start of the new year, 2023, online via Mo:DemSpace.

 

Completed refund request forms and refund cancellations for 2023 tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2023. No late refund requests will be accepted.

 

The pace of refunded ticket payments depends on achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets. Refunded tickets will go on sale in June 2023.

 

Refunds are not possible for tickets bought in the June 2023 resale phase. 

 

E-ticket refunds will be processed from the 1st of June 2023 onwards. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until the 30th of June 2023 or longer.

 

The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order.

 

Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.

 

Note that all ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 25 € due to administrative costs, as its specified in our Terms and Conditions.

Upon arrival at the festival your e-tickets are only valid in combination with valid ID or passport. Your ID or passport must match the name on your e-ticket.

 

We do not accept a written mandate to transfer personalised tickets.

You can log on through the MO:DEM:SPACE  interface, easily log in with your ticket number and email address and you will be able to find a lot of diverse and personalized content.

What do I do if I have; lost or misplaced my ticket; don’t know the status of my ticket; my email address has changed or I didn't personalise my ticket yet?

 

Please email us at tickets@modemfestival.com with your name, surname and email address that you used to purchase your ticket and we will help you with your specific query.

If you purchased the booking protection when buying your ticket you are covered under certain conditions for your refund to be granted.

 

Please note that Mo:Dem's refund fee of 25€ is separate from the ticket insurance sold by Paylogic's Booking Protect. Paylogic has a different policy to Mo:Dem refund policy. Their system works with special conditions you have to meet in order for your refund request to be accepted. If you are not able to meet these requirements you are welcome to request a refund from us, note though that 25€ will be deducted from your refunded ticket amount - refunds@modemfestival.com

If you haven't personalised your ticket yet, please email us at tickets@modemfestival.com as soon as possible.

 

You will not be able to enter the event with a ticket that has not been personalised.

There are no restrictions to enter the festival, however you should check what country you are traveling from for requirements to enter Croatia and return home.
