Payment is due on the same date as the original order each month.

You can view the status of your Payment Plan order in your shop profile.

You will receive email reminders 7 days before each due date displaying the amount you need to pay.

The discount ticket Payment Plan options are only available by contacting shop@modemfestival.com directly. You will need to verify your country of residence/citizenship with ID or passport.

There is a limit of 1 festival ticket per Payment Plan order. If you would like to use the Payment Plan option for more than 1 ticket you need to make each order separately. 

Payment Plans only apply to festival tickets. Other add-ons need to be purchased separately and do not have the option for Payment Plans.

Your ticket will be sent once all payments have been received. The ticket is not valid until all instalments have been paid in full.

If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your order will be canceled.

If the cancellation occurs before the refund deadline on 31st May 2025 at 11:59 CEST, you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 25 € fee.

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

The booking fee is non-refundable. 

The ticket is not valid until all instalments have been paid in full. 

Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets must be received by 31st May 2025 at 23:59 CEST.

If you did not pay all the installments you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 25 € fee. 

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

The booking fee is non-refundable. 

Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Methods

• Credit Card on Webshop:
  • You will be directed to a payment portal to make your first payment. If your first payment is not successful your order will be cancelled and you will need to start again.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with payment details and links for future payments.
  • Payment links are also available in your Mo:Dem:Space portal.
  • Credit card payments are fixed amounts, however you can pay an entire installment off earlier than your due date if you prefer.

• Bank Transfer on Webshop:
  • You will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
  • You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
  • You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less.

  • You will receive an email with a link to agree to the terms & conditions. (If you do not agree to the T&Cs you will not be sent payment instructions).
  • Once you agree to the terms and conditions you will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
  • You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
  • You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less.
