Payment is due on the same date as the original order each month.

You will receive email reminders 7 days before each due date displaying the amount you need to pay.

The discount ticket Payment Plans are only available directly from Mo:Dem Festival via bank transfer. Email: shop@modemfestival.com for inquiries.

Discount ticket payment plans apply to the following countries and territories:

All of Africa / Bosnia And Herzegovina / Caribbean / Central and Eastern Europe (excluding Austria, Germany, Switzerland) / Central and South America/ Cyprus / Croatia / Greece / Hungary / India / Serbia / Slovenia / Montenegro / North Macedonia / Mexico / Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, (excluding Australia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates) and Portugal

Verification of country of residence is required.

There is a limit of 1 festival ticket per payment plan order. If you would like to use the Payment Plan option for more than 1 ticket you need to make each order separately. 

Payment plans only apply to festival tickets. Other add-ons need to be purchased separately.

Your ticket will be sent once all payments have been received. The ticket is not valid until all instalments have been paid in full.

• If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your order will be canceled. 
• If the cancellation occurs before the refund deadline on 31st May 2026 at 23:59 CEST, you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 25 € fee.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.

• Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets must be received by 31st May 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
• No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
  
• Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.
• The booking fee is non-refundable. 

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit Card on Webshop:
  • Credit card payments are not automatic, you need to click the payment links in order to pay for each instalment.
  • You will be directed to a payment portal to make your first payment. If your first payment is not successful your order will be cancelled and you will need to start again.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with payment details and links for future payments.
  • Payment links are also available in your Mo:Dem:Space portal.
  • Credit card payments are fixed amounts, however you can pay an entire installment off earlier than your due date if you prefer.
• Bank Transfer on Webshop:
  • You will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
  • You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
  • You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less. 
• Bank Transfer for Discount Tickets:
  • You will receive an email with a link to agree to the terms & conditions. (If you do not agree to the T&Cs you will not be sent payment instructions).
  • Once you agree to the terms and conditions you will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
  • You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
  • You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less.
