Ticket prices for Mo:Dem Festival 2025 are determined by the following factors.

Currency Change | As Croatia switched to the euro as its currency, prices for various services and goods increased substantially. The effect is still felt.

High VAT Rate | Croatia has the second-highest VAT rate in Europe, a hefty 25%. This means a significant portion of every ticket sale goes towards taxes and government fees.

Small Festival – Big Production | We take immense pride in delivering a high-quality festival experience. Despite being a smaller festival, our visual and deco program competes with much larger events, which means we have to invest more in production to meet your expectations.

Extended Duration | Our event spans a total of 10 days, including gate opening. When you break it down, it’s less than 30 euros per day of entertainment, which is still an incredible value for the experience we offer.

Fair Employment | We are committed to paying our workers fair wages, including social security and pension funds. Unlike some festivals that rely heavily on volunteers, we employ a dedicated team of workers to ensure everyone is compensated for their hard work.

Growth and Expansion | Over the years, our festival has grown, and with more ambitious projects, we’ve increased our crew members to maintain the quality of the event.

Supporting Our Team | Many of us started as enthusiasts in our early twenties, but now, with families and responsibilities, we believe in providing fair salaries to our team members so they can have a decent quality of life like everyone else.

Mo:Dem Festival tickets are strictly limited and can be bought only at official resellers stated above. Tickets are personalised and need to be registered with a valid name and surname. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be accepted.

General Information

• Payment is due on the same date as the original order each month.
• Payment plans only apply to festival tickets. Other add-ons need to be purchased separately.
• Discount tickets on payment plans are only available directly from Mo:Dem Festival via bank transfer. Email shop@modemfestival.com for inquiries.
• There is a limit of 1 festival ticket per payment plan order.
• You can view the status of your payment plan in your shop profile.
• You will receive email reminders 7 days before each due date.
• The ticket is not valid until all instalments have been paid in full.

Payment Deadline & Refund Info

• If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your order will be canceled.
• If the cancellation occurs before the refund deadline on 31st May 2025 at 11:59 CEST, you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 25 € fee.
• No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
• Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

• You will be directed to a payment portal to make your first payment. If your first payment is not successful your order will be cancelled and you will need to start again.
• You will receive a confirmation email with payment details and links for future payments.
• Payment links are also available in your Mo:Dem:Space portal.
• Credit card payments are fixed amounts, however you can pay an entire installment off earlier than your due date if you prefer.

Bank Transfer

• You will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
• You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
• You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less.

Mo:Dem Festival e-tickets are personalised and need to be registered with a valid name and surname. Name changes are not possible, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets as well as partially paid payment plan tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2025.

Discounted tickets for countries with lower economic standards are only available through selected ambassadors, with proof of ID or passport from the discounted country list.

Discounted tickets are limited and available until sold out.

AMBASSADORS WITH REGULAR TICKET PRICE

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK & USA.

Ambassadors will sell Campervan Passes, but they must be purchased with the festival ticket.

Please contact Ambassadors only through the channels listed on this page. Note that communication can sometimes be slow, but all questions and requests will be answered. Implementation of the “first come first served” principle will ensure a fair allocation of tickets.

Tickets purchased through ambassadors are exempt from the booking fee.

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, refund requests for tickets purchased from our Ambassadors will be accepted online via Mo:Dem:Space.

Mo:Dem Festival 2025 tickets, Lockers, Campervan Passes and Mo:Dem Express tickets are refundable.

Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 31st May 2025.

Note that all festival ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 25 € due to administrative costs, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

The shop booking fee is not refundable.

No late refund requests will be accepted.

Use Mo:Dem:Space portal to manage your tickets: request a refund, resend the tickets, re-assign the ticket you purchased for a friend, etc.

If you have a ticket you purchased for a friend and they would like to request a refund with their own bank details you will need to first re-assign the ticket to them so they can manage the ticket and request the refund themselves. If you do not re-assign it to them, you can only request a refund with your own bank details.

The pace of refunded ticket payments depends on achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets. Refunded tickets will go on sale in June 2025.

Refunds are not possible for tickets bought in the June 2025 resale phase.

E-ticket refunds will be processed from the 1st of June 2025 onwards. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until the 30th of June 2025 or longer.

The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order, unless they re-assign a ticket to a new customer.

Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.

Exact date for resale of refunded Mo:Dem Festival 2025 tickets will be published later.

Note that the resale of refunded tickets will happen in June 2025, only through Mo:Dem Shop.
